· Should have the ability and interest to manage/work on HR consulting, Recruitment, staffing, Training and development activities, should able to manage Human capital branch as full time employee cum partner or franchisee partner
· Search resumes in various available Job Portals
· Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
· Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
· Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
· Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
· Acts as first point-of-contact for the consultant and maintains monthly contact with the consultant
